Same-day pickups are often possible if you message us early. Most non-urgent jobs are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Express slots and after-hours pickups carry a surcharge but get the job done on your timeline.

No. Every commercial clearance and home job is sized differently. We quote per job so you pay only for what's actually moved.
After-hours, Sundays, and public holidays carry a surcharge. Jobs requiring stair-carry, ramp work, or walk-up access (no lift) are also charged extra. All of this is included in the upfront quote.
Office furniture, IT equipment, cubicles, server racks, retail fixtures, restaurant kitchen equipment. On the residential side: furniture, mattresses, white goods, renovation debris, e-waste. If you can lift it, we can probably take it.
Chemicals, asbestos, loose lithium batteries, food or biological waste, cooking gas tanks, and anything explosive or live. Cars and motorcycles too. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight.
Yes — weekend, overnight, and tenant-handover-window clearances are core to what we do. Surcharges apply for out-of-hours work. Tell us the access window when you book.
Lift booking is the owner's or tenant's responsibility — every MCST and building manager has different rules around forms, deposits, and padding. Please arrange this with your building management before the pickup so we're not delayed on the day.
HDB blocks don't have a designated service lift — we use the passenger lift and protect items as needed. For condos and commercial buildings, padding (when the MCST requires it) is supplied and arranged directly with the building, not by us.
No — this is removal, not resale. We don't pay for items even when they have resale value. Reusable items get routed to second-hand dealers where possible.
All of mainland Singapore, including Tuas and JTC industrial areas. We don't cover Pulau Ubin or other offshore islands. Sentosa, CBD core, and restricted zones may need extra coordination with building management.
Payment details are confirmed over WhatsApp or phone when you book — a small deposit holds your slot, the balance settles on completion.
